Social Media Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager at Lamrin Hotels & Resorts located in New Delhi. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SMM / PPC / SMS / Email etc).
• Manage and oversee the creation of high-quality content – visual, graphic, video and written - for the social media platforms.
• Develop a robust social media strategy to boost following and visibility across various platforms and target campaigns to penetrate the right market reach. 
• Analyse, review and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns to optimise results, using the appropriate KPIs.
• Drive marketing programs that are highly targeted based on the content affinity of relevant segmented audience cohorts.
• Manage all efforts and goals on organic and digital paid media: Display, Paid Social, App.
• Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing content.
• Identify trends and insights and optimise spending and performance based on the insights.
• Develop content strategies, optimise social media presence and write engaging content.


• Social Media Marketing, Meta Targeting, Facebook Ads.
• Out-of-the-box ideas and creativity.
• Experience in developing and implementing content strategies.
• Social Media Optimisation (SMO) skills.
• Strong writing skills for a variety of platforms and audiences.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus.
• Graphic design / affiliate marketing experience is an add-on.
• Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics.
